2026 Seasonal Rates

Optional Add-on's

Pumpouts:
1. Weekly Seasonal Sewage Pump Out - $280
          (One-time charge - Monday or Thursday)
2. Pump Out on Demand -  $20 per request 
          (On demand completed on Wednesdays - must request no later than 5 pm the day before)
3. Emergency Pump Out -  $40
          (Immediately requiring a pump out with no notice)
4. Special Pump Out Request -  $20
          (Requesting that we pull your traps while completing your pumpout -  this is considered a double pump out) Those who paid to be pumped out weeklywill be subject to a $20 charge, those who are pumped out on demand will be $40 {on demand charge + special request charge})        
Grass Cutting:
1. Premium -  $175
     Completed weekly with a push mower, trimming included
           (One-time charge - some sites are restricted to only premium cuts)
2. Basic -  $125
     Completed weekly with a ride-on mower, trimming included
          (One-time charge - if you select basic, but require premium, you will be notified)
3. Maintain your own - Free
     Mowers and trimmers are provided.
          (Should you opt into maintaining your own, please ensure that it is being maintained regularly. If you are away and are unable to maintain your site, email the office to coordinate for a one-time cut.)
